So, this year
One person rebuilt the school
in code.
A 14-module ERP and a staff mobile app. Planned, designed, built, deployed, and run — no team, no vendors, no consultants.
01 · The books
The drawer became financial statements.
Every handwritten entry transcribed, page by page. Four fiscal years reconstructed to Indian cash-basis standards — the first statements in the school's history.
Bills read themselves. Conversations become data. Report cards write themselves out of the marks module.
06 · And then it did something no school does
It began studying itself.
0RECORDED PARENT INTERVIEWS
0HOUSEHOLDS, TWO FIELD WAVES
0TEACHERS TRAINED AS FIELD RESEARCHERS
Interviews captured in the ERP, transcribed in Hindi and English, scored, coded — feeding segmentation, pricing, and the rebrand. In a catchment of ~49 schools, nobody else has this.
