What would software look like if it knew exactly one user?
This one.
Introducing
personal-os
An operating system for one human.
A native iOS super-app on a private AI cloud — local models, owned hardware, sixteen features. Designed, built, and operated by one person. For one user.
Feature 01 · The Lounge
It doesn't open into a grid. It opens into a room.
The home shifts with the clock — dawn, day, dusk, night — each with its own light, greeting, and suggestions. Coffee. A calm minute. Piano.
No badges. No streaks. Nothing ages, nothing is late.
06:40 · DAWN
Morning, Harsh. No rush.
the day hasn't started without you
☕ Brew the Ethiopia — 15g · 250ml
🎹 Ten unhurried minutes of piano

Feature 02 · The Assistant
It has actually read your life.
Streaming answers over your whole vault — notes, journals, decisions — with citations back to the exact file. Runs on a 14-billion-parameter model on a server in the house. No cloud reads your journal.
Feature 03 · The Recorder
Who said what, sorted while you talk.
Meetings transcribe on the home server with live speaker labels — then flow into the vault, where the assistant can quote them back later.

SPEAKER 1
So the fee circular goes out before the PTM, right?
SPEAKER 2
After. Parents read it differently once they've met the teacher.
SPEAKER 1
Fine — note it as a decision.

Feature 04 · Health
Log dinner in a sentence.
One plain-language line becomes macros — estimated by the local model. Whoop recovery, sleep, and a 14-day trend sit beside it. Your health graph never leaves home.
Feature 05 · Voice → Calendar
Speak a plan. It's on the calendar.
Recorded on the phone, transcribed at home, parsed by the local model — one tap to confirm. The week's routine lives one tap away too.
