He wound it down while the bookings still pointed up.

In February 2022 two things arrived in the same month: Ishant Sharma's exclusive signing with 98 Entertainment, and Harsh's admit to the Indian School of Business. On his own account, the coincidence nearly cost the agency a year.

By mid-2023, with the deal flow finally running, he wound 98 Entertainment down deliberately, while the bookings still pointed up. He took a three-month trip across eleven cities, then walked into ISB Hyderabad in April 2024.

At ISB he was named P2P Champ for the peer-to-peer marketing sessions he taught to 100+ classmates, designed a Block Week course on sports marketing, and graduated with an MBA in 2025. Today he runs Ninety-Eight 2.0, a creative-and-strategy practice for founders, and is part of the family that runs Diksha Public School in the NCR.

Closing at the top, he'll tell your students, is a skill nobody teaches.
